Order Received: This email informs you that onlineskincare.apex.sg has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible. Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me? Yes, you can. 6) Remember to verify the delivery address and select the payment mode.
7) Your order will be confirmed when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button.
8) Once payments have been received, your order will be processed immediately.
(Returning customers) 1) Log in to your account under My Account
2) Your items previously added in your shopping cart will still be in your shopping cart unless you delete them manually.
3) Or you can continue to shop and items added will be added onto your shopping cart
4) Please note that the items in the shopping cart does not imply reservation of items. Items are only reserved upon order confirmation AND payment received.

Q: How much is delivery charges?
Delivery charges in Singapore will be a flat rate of SGD9. For orders above SGD300 (in Singapore), delivery charges will be free.
Delivery charges in Malaysia and rest of the world will follow rates given by the respective courier companies. Items with "Free Shipping" will be advised on product page.
Q: How long does each order take to process and be sent to destination?
We always make every effort to ship product the following day that it is ordered. Each order must go through a credit approval process and then be sent to the warehouse where it will be shipping from. Each warehouse has cutoff times that vary by location. Orders that arrive at the shipping warehouse past the cutoff time will typically ship the next business day. Orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays. To provide you with the widest selection of products as well as the highest level of service, your items may ship from multiple locations. In addition, we use several different couriers to minimize your shipping cost. In Singapore we use our registered express courier to deliver products as fast as possible.
